In the command prompt as suggested the steps for some other error by renaming, i tried but it failed saying access denied when trying to rename with the same code. I disabled my AV, no USB attached, all the drivers in my PC updated, still for no use. Restart gives the same problem again and again, advanced option do no good and in the end I am reverted back to my old OS win 8.1.
