I recently started trying out PS Now (on PC), and seems to run pretty well! One thing that I would love to be able to do though, is to play with keyboard/mouse when it comes to games that require precise aiming. Does anyone know of a good way to emulate controller input with a mouse and keyboard? From looking into it, the only method I've found is to use a combination of • - create virtual controller • - map mouse/keyboard to this virtual controller • - have the virtual controller map to a standard xinput/xbox controller The problem I'm running into is that UJR seems to just crash before I can do anything. Has anyone gotten a setup like this working successfully?
Edit: Seem to be having better luck with UCR, rather than UJR - • • • • •. I've tried to get something like this working because I use a which has an analog thumbstick. I use x360ce to emulate xinput for the X and Y axis, which makes the game think it's a 360 controller.
But some games only allow use of either controller or m+kb. I need to get the keyboard keys on the gameboard to be viewed as controller buttons, but have never been able to do that. UJR sounds vaguely familiar so I may have tried it already, but I'll try again and see if I get different results. What version of windows are you on?
